| In certain specific cases, L&P follows matters of administrative law, from either a judicial or extra-judicial point of view. In particular, the Law Firm assists clients with respect to privatisations, dismissal of public assets and related disputes, and appeals against orders of the competent sector authorities. In the public administration domain, L&P has also acted as general advisor for the preparation of tender rules, collection of proposals, and awarding of commissions. In the planning and environmental sectors, L&P is a long-standing consultant to national and local public agencies, working as fiduciary and general advisor providing a wide range of services, including drafting the text of laws and regulations. L&P has traditionally provided oversight for public works tenders, both in Italy and abroad, and has handled any related disputes. For example, the Law Firm has successfully assisted well-known Italian construction companies in international joint ventures, and has negotiated substantial construction contracts. It also provides critical follow-up with respect to their proper execution, the stipulation of reservations, and, in certain cases, related arbitration, most particularly in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Central and Eastern Africa. |
