Furthermore, L&P represents its clients with respect to the establishment and authorization of the institutions (general role and special roles) as set forth in the TUB (Banking Act). In this regard, the Law Firm provides legal counsel concerning compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and relationships with relevant authorities.
The Law Firm also oversees private banking transactions and the issuance of guarantees for national and foreign transactions, and represents financial operators and promoters in their relationships with clients, financial institutions and competent authorities.
